Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple IT application projects from initiation to completion, including tender and scope preparation, cost estimation, proposal preparation and presentation.
• Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT application project management.
• 7 years of experience working on government-related IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
