Job Description: F&B Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing the performance and profitability of the Coffee Room and Boutique.
• Monitor and ensure operational excellence by standardizing procedures, improving workflows, and maintaining consistent service quality across all Coffee Rooms.
• Oversee multi-outlet operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create and implement strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets for all outlets.
• Analyse operational performance metrics, including sales reports, labour costs, and inventory levels, and provide actionable insights to the Operations Manager.
• Conduct visits to outlets to monitor performance, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Manage and support the F&B Managers with training, and retaining talent to ensure consistent team performance.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience, driving service excellence and customer satisfaction across all store.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales and increase brand visibility.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensure new product launches and updates are efficiently implemented across outlets.
• Act as the main liaison between the Operations Manager and outlet teams, facilitating communication, alignment of goals, and sharing of best practices.
• Ensure adherence to local food safety and hygiene standards, conducting regular audits and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and provide guidance to outlet teams on conflict resolution and service recovery.
• Maintain strong financial controls across outlets, ensuring cash handling, deposits, and POS operations meet company standards.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of both written and spoken English.
• Preferably 8 years of relevant and management experience
• Minimum degree holder in Business or related discipline
• Experienced in the F&B industry, ideally in luxury hotels / goods industry
• Well versed in financial metrics such as P&L, cost control, and sales analysis.
• Proficient with inventory systems, POS software, and operational workflows in F&B settings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, time management and analytical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of in local food safety and hygiene regulations in Hong Kong.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
