Collaborate with Relationship Managers in branches to provide professional insurance solution to bank customers
Pro-actively drive cross-selling activities based on customer needs to optimize sales opportunities and sustain relationship with customers
Execute sales strategies and business plans to maximize bancassurance business
Conduct sales coaching, monitor sales performance and motivate bank sales staff to attain business targets
Build and develop relationship with banks and their sales force
Ensure full compliance to banking policies and standards, industry rules and regulations
Requirements:
University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in bancassurance with sound knowledge on selling insurance products
Independent, self-motivated, results and customer services oriented
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and coaching skills
Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP
Fluent in Mandarin
