Job Description: They are seeking an experienced and strategic HRIS Director to lead their Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, data management, and team leadership. This role is crucial in ensuring our HR systems are optimised to support our growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of HRIS systems.
- Manage a small team of HRIS professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
