Responsibilities:

· Handle full set shipping documents such as sales order, purchase order, invoices, packing list etc

· Arrange cargo bookings and trade declarations

· Co-ordinate with customer, factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement

· Follow up order with customer and vendors

· Perform ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:

· Higher Diploma or above

· At least 2 years relevant working experience

· Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

· Good PC skills. such as Excel, Word and Chinese Input Processing

· Mature, hard working and good sense of responsibility

· Immediate available is preferred
