Coordinate training activities and develop training materials for assigned business/store operations team(s)
Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis with business/store operations teams periodically
Design and deliver training programs according to the approved training plan
Deploy and recommend appropriate training tools and methods for different training program
Consolidate the completed course evaluation forms to facilitate the review of program effectiveness
Provide support to deployment of e-Learning program
Support the Staff Voice Program by collaborating with internal stakeholders to collect, analyze, and act on staff’s feedback and suggestions
Support the special and ad hoc projects as assigned by Division Management
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Min. 2 years solid training experience in a sizable company, preferably in retail, F & B or FMCG industry
With training course design experience is a pre-requisite
Create new ideas for program design and continuous improvements
Good presentation and communications skills to do the job at high level of accomplishments
Able to analyze and use logic and methods to solve problems
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Chinese word processing is an asset.
