AMI Captain / Assistant Captain (Innovative French Fine Dining) I (5-day) I Sunday Off (R0305-C/AC-AMI)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
- Provide superior service to the guests
- Build positive rapport with guests
- Maintain adequate stock level of restaurant related supplies for smooth operations
- Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the restaurant to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in western restaurants
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Team player, outgoing, confident, detail-oriented and dynamic personality with positive mindset
- Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Captain.
