• Provide legal and investment advice to management as well as internal stakeholders
• Review, draft and negotiate a full range of commercial agreements such as sales and purchase, facility agreements and financing documents etc.
• Participate in executive level decisions by working closely with the Board of Directors and senior management
• Support due diligence processes relating to acquisitions and disposals
• Engage with external counsel and parties as required
  

skills & experiences required.

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 10 years' PQE having some experience in financing, property or listed companies
• Able to work independently with strong motivation and communication ability as well as be solution oriented
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese is required
