Responsibilities:
Responsible for AR function and GL function;
Reconcile with sales, various account and perform Sales reconciliation;
Manage invoicing process and prepare monthly statement and work closely with external parties;
Assist in preparation of monthly closing and related schedule for management report;
Participate in ad hoc project and new system implementation.
Requirements:
LCCI Higher level with Diploma holder or above in accounting;
2 years of account experience in commercial field (especially retail or carpark management);
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks;
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word;
Strong commitment and able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
