Oversee quality control measures, resolve production issues and collaborate with QA Manager to implement quality standards, train vendors, and maintain consistent product quality that meets global requirements. Focus on a proactive, preventative approach to drive continuous improvement in processes and products.

Principal Duties:

1. Conduct an inspection and issue the report.

2. Oversee and monitor production.

3. Perform quality assurance and support the factory for continuous improvement.

4. Develop a long-term partnership with the factory.

5. Support risk assessment.

Job requirements

• At least five years of relevant QC working experience and familiarity with the factory manufacturing process (preferably in garment factory).

• Strong product-relevant knowledge of woven and knit products.

• Good command of written & spoken Chinese.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal and communication skills.

• Station out of the original workstation is needed if necessary.
