Requirements:

• Degree in Property Management or related discipline, and
• Minimum 3 years experience in the facility / property management
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1 or Tier 2) would be an advantage
• Possess “Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate” recognised by the Labour Department
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
• Having positive, initiative and able to work independently
• More experience would be considered as Assistant Property Manager
• Immediate available is preferred
