Job Responsibilities

• Process import and export bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on trade finance activities, including transaction volumes, discrepancies, and processing timelines to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in loan system enhancements and manage relevant user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor and assess risks in trade finance operations, recommending improvements to mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, credit, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of trade finance transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementing best practices in trade finance operations.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related business field.
• Over 2 years of solid experience in bank corporate and commercial credit administration and loan documentation.
• Experience in credit control and monitoring is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented, a good team player, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin preferred
