Project Title: Knowledge production in Hong Kong: Current trends and future paths
[Appointment Period: 12 months]

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a research project focussing on knowledge production and research collaborations in the higher education system of Hong Kong. The appointee will be responsible for supporting research and other related tasks that may arise during the appointment period. The appointee will be based in Hong Kong and is expected to start their position on or soon after 17 March 2025. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related discipline. He/She should be interested in researching higher education and knowledge production in Hong Kong. Required skills include conducting literature reviews, quantitative data analysis, an understanding of qualitative research methods, and good analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills. We seek a candidate who can work independently and in a team, and who has a good command of written and spoken English.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
