Responsible for and manages regional and local projects along the entire project chain; supports non-departmental units with E&F-competence (e.g. with coordination, remote organization, support, etc.)
Ensures effective project management with all its necessities in regards to events and trade fairs.
Responsible for plan and budget adherence and effective follow-up of events and trade fairs.
Consultancy on expert level; Develops and maintains internal customer relations and consults them with regard to their needs.
Consults and moderates between internal clients and downstream units (e.g. creative team), coordinating internal and external services.
Creates briefings for internal departments or for external service providers
Ensures the creation of print, A/V content or assets
Development and presentation of event and trade fair concepts (presence, hybrid or digital) as well as creation and follow-up of trade fair and event guideline and tools
Exchanges best practices and tools on a global level (where applicable).
Responsible for virtual trade fairs in alignment with corporate digital M&C.
Management of service providers and agencies
And other duties as assigned.
Experience & Further Qualifications
Business fluent in English (C1 Advanced)
3-5 years of professional experience in related area
At least 3 years of experience as Project Leader
