HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• Support the end-to-end project management life cycle, from initiation, planning, design, development, testing, platform roll-out to platform operation & support
• Keep track and report project status to internal team and stakeholders
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect and consolidate user requirements, assist in analysis and refinement of requirement
• Partner with technical teams and vendors to ensure project can be delivered as agreed, in quality and in compliance with corporate guideline & regulation
• Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Test, coordinate with vendors & internal stakeholders on UAT planning, testing and reporting
• Stay abreast of the latest technology, conduct research on digital trends and design best practices, provide recommendations to the team and internal stakeholders

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Highly efficient in organisational multi-tasking with strong project management skills 
• Proven experience in managing and launching large scale projects 
• Knowledge of project management tool like JIRA would be an advantage
• Knowledge of UX/ UI design and design best practices would be an advantage
• Highly resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
• Detail-oriented, responsible and with good communication and coordination skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
