Answer customer and salesperson questions on sales orders
Process sales returns or order cancellation and communicate to the relevant departments
Identify inventory level discrepancies and communicate to relevant department to ensure inventory accuracy
Participate in bi- yearly stocktake process
Requirement:
Good command in English and Chinese language (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel)
Location in Kwai Chung
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 ; Saturday 08:30 - 13:00

School certificate

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
