Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with
    the company's goals and target audience. 
  • Specifically focus on leveraging Web3 technologies and token launches as part of the broader marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Brand management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, materials, and communications.
  • Digital marketing : Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and leverage then to maximize our online presence.
  • Content creation and distribution : Collaborate with other teams to develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, case studies, and videos. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead generation and conversion : Develop and execute lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and implement effective lead nurturing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
  • Community engagement: Build and engage with our community of users, developers, and stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem. Foster relationships through various channels, such as online forums, social media groups, and industry events.
  • Public relations and communications: Manage media relations and external communications. Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility and secure media coverage. Act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within the software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and token launches, including blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and cryptocurrency.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies in the technology sector.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, social media marketing.
    content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and the broader community.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
