Responsibilities:

• Build, lead and manage a 10-15 persons development team;
• Define platform architecture and product positioning;
• Create roadmaps for the products and formulate product strategies;
• Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy;
• Plan and propose data growth strategies and index;
• Act as a mentor to team members and educate senior executives in making effective decisions;
• Work as a core team member for the new blockchain project;
• Frequent travel is necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• 10+ years solid experience in blockchain industry preferably in financial products related;
• Proven experience as Strategic Planner;
• Familiar with the technical model of financial trading platforms;
• Experience with web technologies, development languages and environments;
• Details-oriented, have strong execution and motivation;
• Demonstrable organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese including Mandarin;
• Familiar with China / Taiwan blockchain & financial industry is a must.
