Optimize and improve various business operations processes
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to maintain the sense of belonging and relationship management;
Perform regular UAT testing on existing website and/or application to improve clients' experiences
Regularly investigate competing products, and constantly put forward improvement suggestions on the products
Responsible for market development and expansion of customer base in South-east Asia and Europe;
Identify potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements
Work closely with marketing and technical teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Operations / Consumer Behavior or related discipline
1+ year solid experience in sales operations of Finance industry, with overseas markets exposure is an advantage
Good data analysis skills and proficient use of data statistics tools
Experience in start-ups operations is a plus
Demonstrable organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Energetic with can-do attitude and team spirit
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
