岗位职责:

1.负责公司营销活动的视觉设计工作，包括端内外日常运营设计、海报、宣传册、广告和活動等的设计制作。

2.根据市场需求和公司品牌形象，设计各类线上线下宣传资料。

3.与市场团队紧密合作，确保设计作品符合市场需求和公司战略方向。

4.参与产品包装设计，提升产品的市场竞争力。

岗位要求:

1.大学专科及以上学历，视觉设计或相关专业背景。

2.具备至少5年设计工作经验，有营销设计经验者优先考虑。

3.熟练使用设计软件。

4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。英语表达能力可满足日常工作沟通。

5.对市场趋势和品牌传播有一定的了解。
