Commercial Manager - Construction (Part-Time | Hong Kong)

⏳ Employment Type: Part-Time (1-2 days per week, Hybrid)

���� Contract Duration: 3 months extendable

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager (or Quantity Surveyor / Project Commercial Manager ) with 10-15+ years of experience in the construction/EPC industry . The role focuses on tendering, budget control, subcontract management, and cost optimization .

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage project budgets , cost control, and variation orders

✔️ Oversee subletting & subcontract management to prevent cost overruns

✔️ Negotiate contracts for more effective commercial outcomes

✔️ Work on-site one day per week in Hong Kong (with flexibility)

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience: 10-15+ years in Construction/EPC firms in Hong Kong

✅ Roles Considered: Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Project Commercial Manager

✅ Must-Have: Experience handling subcontracting & commercial aspects of projects

✅ Languages: English (Required); Cantonese/Mandarin (Preferred)

✅ Availability: Part-time (1-2 days/week), flexible, starting end of March
