Responsible:
1.Responsible for the implementation of the local food safety system of Heytea, and assist in optimizing the localized food safety system.
2.Responsible for food safety management in local stores, improving f food safety management in the region and achieving goals.
3.Implement food safety control in various aspects of store lifecycle processes, including layout design review, store opening acceptance, personnel training, supervision and management, store inspection, project implementation, etc.
4.Responsible for food safety calibration and support for the departments of local operation management, supervision, engineering, etc.
5.Responsible for following up and resolving sudden events such as food safety customer complaints, government inspections, and government sampling tests in the region.
6.Responsible for local pest control management, supervising the quality of pest control services to reduce positive pest occurrences in the area.
7.Responsible for sorting out, updating, and interpreting local laws and regulations, and call out food safety risks.
8.Assist the superior in completing other related work.
Requirement:
1. Educational and professional requirements: Bachelor's degree, food science and engineering, bioengineering, biotechnology, etc.
2. Food safety management experience in chain restaurant stores, more than two years
3.Proficiency in the catering industry related regulations and standards and management tools
4. Strong communication skills and good training ability
5. Strong self-driven and management skills
6. Able to communicate in English, Japanese or Korean language skills are preferred.
