Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment efforts.
  2. Source and engage potential candidates through job platforms, networking, and other channels.
  3. Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  4. Support candidate assessments and ensure an efficient, structured hiring process.
  5. Maintain recruitment data to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.
  6. Contribute to employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
  7. Continuously learn and apply best practices to enhance talent acquisition processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and processes is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
