Role Description

1. Project Planning*: Responsible for developing the overall plan and timeline for financing projects.
2. Funding Source Identification*: Seek and evaluate potential funding sources, including banks, investors, and venture capital firms.
3. Proposal Preparation*: Write and prepare financing proposals to present the project's feasibility and potential returns to investors.
4. Negotiation*: Negotiate with investors to determine financing terms and conditions.
5. Project Monitoring*: Monitor the progress of financing projects to ensure they are executed as planned and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• *Education*: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• *Experience*: At least 3-5 years of experience in financing or investment-related roles, with project management experience preferred.
• *Skills*:

1.  Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
2.  Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
3.  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
4.  Familiarity with financing markets and investment trends.

• *Certifications*: Relevant professional certifications (such as CFA, CMA, etc.) are preferred.
