This role reports to the Head of Human Resources and is responsible for providing HR services and support to the region. This is an individual contributor role. As an HR Analyst, you will manage end to end HR activities and understand that operational excellence is needed to establish credibility.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to HR advice, compensation and benefits, analytics, and other human resources related issue.
  • Partner closely with the Global Campus Recruiting team on all campus hires (interns and full-time analysts).
  • Support HR Business Partners in the hiring, transfers and onboarding process ( i.e. preparing employment contracts, coordinating with Recruitment Team and Onboarding Team, address queries etc.)
  • Support HR Business Partners in the offboarding process, including but not limited to: conduct exit interviews for junior employees, analyze the feedback and summarize for the business; preparing leaving information for the Offboarding Team; updating relevant trackers
  • Prepare HR Reporting i.e. quarterly HR Metrics pack, leave reporting, ad-hoc reporting, audit trackers etc.
  • Manage Absence/Leave Records process including Mandatory Leave.
  • Be the point of contact and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Keep updated on internal HR policies and HK Labour Ordinance so as to communicate appropriately with staff within the organization to enhance service deliver.

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources ideally gained from a major US or European investment bank.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and results orientated.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English, preferably with Chinese language ability (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, in person, on the phone and in writing. Ability to convey information in a clear, structured, and understandable manner.
  • Well-developed organizational and coordination skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task; thrives in a dynamic, diverse, and challenging environment.
  • Willing to "roll up sleeves" and assist the team as and where needed.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
