Job Description:

• Oversee and standardize month-end closing and expense reporting
• Serve as a business partner to major departments, provide advice and guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Maintain and refine workflows, templates, and forms in Hyperion Planning, ensuring accurate expense tracking
• Explore and implement technology in collaboration with the Finance Transformation Team to drive automation
• Lead and support ad hoc projects (e.g., SUN-SAP account mapping, cost efficiency initiatives, process redesign)
• Engage stakeholders to ensure smooth change management and mitigate any disruptions tied to system migrations

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, qualified accountant (CPA) or equivalent
• Min 8-10 years working experience in finance function (expense management is a plus)
• Financial reporting / planning / management reporting experience in Insurance industry is highly preferred
• Excellent problem solving and data analytical skills
• Strong stakeholders’ management and communication skills
• Independent and able to make decision
• Strong coaching skills to lead Strategic Finance team
