Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and self motivated Business Development Manager who will join our team for achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
What you will do:
• engage with CEOs of leading fintech startups worldwide
• collaborate with Tier-1 exchanges, VC firms, and family funds to onboard them as partners
• gather market insights and recommend new product features to drive growth
• continuously expand your expertise in finance, trading, and IT.
To join us you need to:
• up to 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager/BDM in fintech, blockchain, and trading companies
• fluent in English, as 90% of our clients are English-speaking
• proven experience in cold sales and readiness to actively engage in cold outreach
• highly self-disciplined and capable of working independently without micromanagement
• strong understanding of basic sales mechanics, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills
ambitious and motivated to achieve earnings of $10,000+ per month.
