Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI and Psychometric Researcher to lead an innovative R&D project aimed at developing a psychometric test framework that advances the understanding and assessment of aspiring graduates' career readiness. This project will involve the application of scientific and technical methodologies to design a cutting-edge tool that assesses key career competencies and provides actionable insights to both individuals and career counselors/mentors. The tool will be rooted in research, aiming to resolve uncertainties in career readiness assessment and contribute to advancements in the field through new applications of AI and psychometric principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and Development of Psychometric Framework: Lead the original investigation into psychometric models, designing a framework that assesses career readiness through scientific principles of measurement, validity, and reliability.

- AI Integration and Model Design: Apply advanced AI techniques, such as natural language processing and machine learning, to enhance the test framework’s ability to analyze datasets and generate insights on career readiness.

- Prototype Development: Design and prototype a scientific tool that integrates AI and psychometric findings. This tool will facilitate accurate assessment of career readiness and offer tailored insights for career planning, improving upon existing methods.

- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed R&D documentation, including methodologies, findings, and insights, ensuring the work contributes to a broader understanding of psychometric testing and career readiness assessment.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master’s in Psychometrics, Data Science, Mass Communication, AI, Applied Mathematics, or a related field in natural or applied science.

- Experience:

oProven experience in conducting research and development activities related to psychometrics, AI, or data science.

oHands-on experience in AI or machine learning techniques, especially in developing predictive models and working with datasets.

oFamiliarity with career readiness frameworks, assessment design, or educational technology.

- Technical Skills:

oProficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.

oStrong understanding of psychometric principles, including test validity, reliability, and the construction of assessment tools.

oExperience with statistical analysis and handling datasets.

- Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to carry out original R&D investigations with the goal of producing new knowledge or technological advancement in AI or psychometric testing.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve scientific and technical uncertainty, pushing the boundaries of what is known in career readiness assessment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with research methodologies for psychometric test development.

- Knowledge of advanced AI techniques, including natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms for data analysis and AI model deployment.
