My Client is a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions dedicated to improving the quality of life for elderly individuals and supporting ethical healthcare practices. They are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that meet the unique needs of aged care facilities, healthcare professionals, and patients.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on promoting and supporting our range of products tailored to aged care homes and ethical healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in aged care and ethical healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Education:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including their features, benefits, and applications in aged care and ethical healthcare settings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals, aged care staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing technical and clinical support as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aged care facilities, healthcare professionals, and ethical healthcare teams.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvement initiatives.

Sales Support & Market Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aged care and ethical healthcare sectors.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.

Compliance & Ethical Standards:

  • Ensure all product promotions and interactions comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in aged care and ethical healthcare.

Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Provide regular reports on customer feedback, market trends, and product performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in aged care, ethical healthcare, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the aged care sector and the unique needs of elderly patients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
