Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights, enabling key business decisions. You will collaborate across departments to analyze data, validate hypotheses, and present findings in a clear and impactful manner. Your expertise in building dashboards, reports, and processing data for productive purposes will be instrumental in driving SleekFlow’s success.

What You’ll Do:

• Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze commercial and product data to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business strategy and growth.
• Data Visualization & Reporting : Build and present dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights related to revenue, customer behavior, and product performance.
• Data Processing & Management : Process, clean, and structure commercial and product datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for decision-making.
• Data-Driven Pricing Strategies : Develop and implement pricing strategies by leveraging data insights from customer behavior, market trends, and revenue performance to optimize business outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & etc to address data needs and deliver insights that align with strategic goals.
• Tools & Automation : Leverage optimal tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau etc to streamline analysis, automate workflows, and optimize data processes for commercial and product strategies.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the use of commercial and product data for business and operational growth.

Qualifications

Educational Background :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science , Statistics , Computer Science , Engineering , Mathematics , or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Must-Have :

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics , with a focus on analyzing product data , customer behavior , and revenue performance .
• Proven experience working with product data to analyze performance, user behavior, and feature adoption.
• Strong proficiency in data tools SQL , Python etc along with data visualization tools like Tableau , Power BI etc or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of data processing, cleaning, and structuring for actionable insights.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders from Product and Commercial teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Best to Have :

• Experience in a SaaS company or with a B2B product , ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with supporting / facilitating pricing-related decisions with data.
• Familiarity with customer journey analytics , product usage metrics , and commercial performance data .
• Proven experience analyzing large datasets of customer base and revenue records to identify trends and opportunities.
• Knowledge of database management systems.

Other Soft Skills :

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
