Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Account Manager located in Hong Kong SAR. The Security Account Manager will be responsible for managing security accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing account performance, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our global clients, fostering strong relationships to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Strategic Account Oversight: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Service Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of security services, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics, reporting on key insights and recommending improvements to enhance service quality.
- Client Education: Provide clients with information and guidance on our security services, helping them understand and maximize the value we offer.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement in our service offerings.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for client engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within the security services industry, but is not an essential. Previous experience in the security industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of security solutions and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good with building rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese is an advantage.
