• Perform business development by identifying new opportunities with the potential clients and actively introduce the recruitment services to them
• Drive the recruitment process for the clients by actively sourcing talents in the area
• Perform interviews & selection process for candidates, manage and organize the internal information resources
• Maintain a good relationship with existing clients by providing professional hiring solution
• Provide excellent customer services throughout the whole recruitment process

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Motivated, energetic and result-driven
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and equip the ability to interact with people of all levels
• More related experience candidates will be considered as Senior Consultant
