You will be responsible for managing logistics operations, including shipping coordination, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.
Shipping (70%)
Coordinate logistics schedules and operations for all inbound and outbound shipments
Provide quotes for internal and pre or post sales shipping, alongside co-ordination with any 3rd party shippers;
Help manage relevant shipping paperwork and related documents, for example preparing packing list, shipping invoices, COA, COI and other related documents
Provide daily management / administration support to the Operations Director
Office and Gallery operations (30%)
Assist with the setup, installation, and de-installation of exhibitions or private viewings
Maintain an organized and welcoming gallery/Office space, ensuring artworks are properly displayed.
Assist with inventory management, maintain accurate records of inventory within office storage and third-party storage
Support administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and any ad hoc duties from management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder in any disciplines
Previous experience working in a customer focused role within the art, auction or shipping industries is preferred
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, English and Chinese
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience is required
Independent, positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
