Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and financially astute Investment Partner to contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of our trucking and logistics operations. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of investment principles and a keen interest in the transportation sector.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Investment: Provide capital investment to support the company's growth initiatives, including fleet expansion, technology upgrades, and infrastructure development.

• Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with existing partners to develop and implement strategic plans, including market analysis, operational improvements, and business development.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial due diligence, including analyzing financial statements, projecting future cash flows, and evaluating investment returns.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

• Operational Insight: Provide insights and recommendations on operational efficiencies, cost management, and revenue optimization.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and implementing effective risk management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in investment management, private equity, or related financial fields.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a partnership environment.
• Understanding of the trucking and logistics industry is a plus.
• Residency or strong ties to the Mississippi Gulf Coast Region preferred.
• Accredited investor status preferred.
