Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
Manage the sales budget (CRE & VNB), ensuring cost-effective operations and tracking expenses to report on budget variances.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives, ensuring cohesive and effective strategies.
Proven experience in sales strategy development and team leadership.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, team members, and upper management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
