The Job:

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals (KPIs), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and development.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor new hire Relationship Managers (RMs), fostering a high-performing sales team.

  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports to inform management of progress and trends, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage the sales budget (CRE & VNB), ensuring cost-effective operations and tracking expenses to report on budget variances.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives, ensuring cohesive and effective strategies.



The Person:

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and team leadership.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, team members, and upper management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
