What You’ll Do:

• Develop high-quality software and innovative solutions that deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Work closely with the team to build new features and services, supporting our product vision to attract and retain customers.
• Refactor code to address system issues, enhance performance, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from refining requirements to ensuring smooth releases alongside DevOps and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with exceptional analytical abilities.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying on top of emerging technologies.
• Experience with Agile principles and version control tools like Git.
• Expertise in .NET Core and C# (7+ years preferred, but we welcome strong intermediate candidates).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs , databases ( PostgreSQL, MS SQL ), and foundational development tools.

What Sets You Apart (Nice to Have):

• Experience in startups or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with Scrum , microservices , CQRS , and domain-driven design .
• Skills in automated testing (e.g., XUnit, NUnit).
• Domain expertise in virtual assets or finance (DeFi, NFTs, payments, wealth management).
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, including understanding of consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoW, PoS), smart contracts, and popular blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Binance Smart Chain). Experience with blockchain development tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat) or integrating blockchain APIs is a plus.
