We are now inviting high potential graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program.

Program Features:

Pac-Fung Graduate Trainee Program is an 18 month comprehensive program designed to provide young talents a unique opportunity to develop their career in the manufacturing industry. Trainees will engage in Production Planning & Control department, one of our core department responsible for scheduling, coordinating, monitoring and optimizing the production processes to ensure smooth factory operations and timely delivery.

In addition, trainees will be provided comprehensive trainings, practical experiences, senior management mentorship, cross-functional attachments as well as exposure to our operations in Mainland China and overseas. Successful completion of this fast-track program will position you to be a future leader at Pac-Fung.

What you'll be doing:

• Undergo a comprehensive 18 month program primarily focused on Production Planning & Control department, and attach to designated business or specialized functions to gain exposure in various aspects of management perspectives and business operations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain in-depth understanding and hands-on experience of the company’s operations;
• Support and participate in corporate initiatives and projects to build up project management skills and strategic thinking;
• Meet regularly with management to discuss progress in achieving goals and objectives.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fashion and Textiles or a related field, or any discipline with less than 2 years of full-time working experience;
• Passion for developing a long-term career in the manufacturing industry and production planning;
• Willing to learn, be proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Cantonese;
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
