Responsibilities:

• Manage visual merchandising for the brands, including the creative design of in-store displays, POP and POS materials, and outposts.
• Supervise new store openings, renovations, maintenance, events, and visual merchandising projects.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising standards.
• Liaise with suppliers while monitoring costs and timelines.
• Focus on the continuous enhancement of in-store visual presentations.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide visual merchandising support and coordinate with various departments for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with shops to arrange display materials.
• Prepare photo reports for each project.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
• A strong passion for cosmetics and fragrance is essential.
• Established connections with reliable suppliers.
• Creative, independent, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
