As the Transaction Banking ("TB") Sales head, the new incumbent will drive and provide TB solutions to our Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients and lead the way in sales activities including planning and setting strategies for TB sales activities. He/she shall lead the sales team to achieve the financial target and maintain the sound organization to support local GTBD department head and regional GTBD management.
Following the department's marketing strategy covering both Japanese and non-Japanese Corporates clients, create, implement and regularly review marketing plan to achieve TB profit target and TB related KPIs.
Develop, enhance and maintain business relationship with Japanese & non-Japanese Corporate Clients in Hong Kong and other regions, including regional /cross-border deal aspect. Collaboration with other GTBD teams/GTPD is necessary.
Act proactively and work closely with corporate business coverage teams in business promotion.
Lead all TB business promotion covering Japanese and Non-Japanese customers and building a strong business pipeline.
Lead and manage Sales teams through demonstrating high standard and quality of performance and sharing the skills and knowledge of TB including regional /cross-border deals.
Proactively improve customer experience and service delivery to clients.
