**Job Overview:**
As an Investor Relations Trainee at TPC Ventures, you will play a key role in supporting our investor relations efforts, providing insights into our Web3 infrastructure portfolio, and fostering relationships with our investors. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in preparing quarterly updates, pitch decks, and performance reports for investors, highlighting key portfolio companies and Web3 infrastructure trends.
- Support the Investor Relations team in addressing inquiries from limited partners (LPs), institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor VC strategies, and developments in Web3 infrastructure (e.g., layer-1 protocols, interoperability solutions, or decentralized storage).
- Maintain and update investor CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of communications and commitments.
- Collaborate with the investment team to translate technical Web3 concepts into clear, investor-friendly insights.
- Help organize investor meetings, webinars, and events, including participation in Web3 conferences and community engagements.
- Monitor portfolio company metrics and Web3 ecosystem KPIs to support data-driven investor communications.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in or experience with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or decentralized technologies.
- Basic knowledge of venture capital dynamics and the startup ecosystem; familiarity with Web3 investing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data and trends in the Web3 space.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Web3 tools (e.g., Messari, Nansen, or blockchain explorers) is an advantage.

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
- Prior exposure to venture capital, investor relations, or a Web3-related role through internships, projects, or personal initiatives.
- Understanding of Web3 infrastructure components (e.g., layer-1 blockchains, oracles, cross-chain bridges).
- Enthusiasm for staying ahead of Web3 innovations, regulatory shifts, and market opportunities.
