They are now seeking a seasoned and strategic Business Director to lead their operations and elevate the agency’s success to new heights.

The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in driving the agency’s business growth and operational excellence. Acting as the key liaison with high-profile clients, you will nurture and deepen client relationships while ensuring that their expectations and visions are not only met but exceeded. You will take ownership of developing and overseeing strategic plans for projects, managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring flawless execution of all event production, decoration, and multimedia operations. Close collaboration with creative, multimedia, and operations teams—as well as external vendors—will be essential to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Additionally, you will lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, expanding the agency’s network, and cultivating strategic partnerships. Your leadership will inspire and guide the internal teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, attention to detail, and cost-effectiveness across all projects.

The Person:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within event production or decoration agency environment a must.
• Strong network and connections with digital and multimedia vendors in the industry.
• A track record of successfully managing business growth, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
• A solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
