職責:

• 負責保持服務式公寓日常保安系統及客戶服務主任委派處理的客戶服務工作，包括巡邏、執行保安措施及記錄狀況，確保公寓住客及其賓客、員工、財物的安全，處理突發事件及投訴等;
• 入職要求﹕
• 樂觀正面、主動、機警及應變力強、誠實可靠、勤勉盡責及有團隊精神;
• 1年或以上酒店、服務式公寓、會所或高級物業保安工作經驗，能操流利粵語、簡單英語及普通話，懂中文報告書寫及簡單電腦操作;
• 持有效保安人員許可證;
• 持有效急救證書可優先考慮;
• 可即時上班者優先考慮;
• 輪班，輪休，雙糧;

Responsibilities:

• Patrolling to maintain safety environment within serviced apartment and surroundings;
• Greeting and follow guests enquiries with excellent customer services and interpersonal skills;
• Operate and maintain the security system in good condition including access control, CCTV and fire system and emergency implementations and record properly;
• Requirements:
• Positive mindset, high initiative, alertness, responsible, reliable and team spirit;
• Minimum 1 year of security working experience in hotel, club or property estate. Fluent in speaking Cantonese, fair in English & Mandarin speaking; acknowledge in chinese report writing & basic computer skill;
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS;
• Holder of Certificate in First Aid (AFA) is an advantage;
• Immediately available is a plus;
• On shift duty basis with double pay and discretionary bonus;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
