Position Summary

The Investment Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities that align with the company's investment strategy and goals. This role is crucial in driving the growth and profitability of the company's investment portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

1. Investment Analysis :

• Conduct thorough analysis of potential investment opportunities.
• Evaluate the financial performance and potential of investment targets.

1. Portfolio Management :

• Manage and optimize the company's investment portfolio.
• Monitor and report on the performance of investments.

1. Strategy Development :

• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's financial objectives.
• Stay informed about market trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.

1. Risk Assessment :

• Assess and mitigate investment risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

1. Relationship Building :

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and financial institutions.
• Represent the company in investment-related meetings and negotiations.

1. Project Management :

• Oversee investment projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

1. Team Leadership :

• Lead and mentor junior investment team members.
• Contribute to the development of team members' skills and career growth.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in investment management or a related field.
• Experience in managing a diverse investment portfolio is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with investment processes and financial markets.
• Proficient in financial software and office automation tools.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
