To cope with our growth with digital empowerment, we are now looking for experienced Relationship Manager who are passionate in co-creating excellent customer experience with us thru digital technology. We also offer social media marketing training for our team as well.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of investment proposals and presentations.
• Monitor and manage client portfolios, providing regular updates and performance reviews.
• Act as a liaison between clients and Marketing to co-create digital innovations and execute our digital marketing initiatives in order to serve our customer better

Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, client service, operations or sales support.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Passionate about social media marketing for driving customer excellence
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese.
