Your role

• Responsible for commission calculation process, dispute handling and related administration work
• Liaise with various stakeholders for preparing sales and commission reports
• Support regular sales performance tracking, commission payment and presentations for management review.
• Perform business analysis to support business development and decision-making including sales and financial data
• Assist in developing the internal process, streamline the process by automation and system enhancement.
• Any other ad hoc project as required
  
  
  To succeed this role
• Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience, preferably in Telecommunication industry
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for Assistant Business Analyst
• Proven ability in data management and detail oriented
• Proficient in MS office applications. MS Access will be an advantage.
• Experience in commission calculation is preferable.
• Mature, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• A co-operative team player who is able to communicate with people at all levels
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
