Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure the completeness of account opening documents
• Conduct due diligence and AML risk assessments for new and existing clients
• Responsible for static data maintenance, document scanning , and record keeping
• Support the Business Unit with operational enquiries
• Participate in Job rotation if needed
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking or securities trading field
• Knowledge of SFC rules and regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Fast and accurate typing skills in both English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking and detail-minded
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
