1. Clerk (Accounting & Shipping)

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare full set of shipping documents and booking procedures
• Follow up product delivery schedule with China Factory
• Provide general support to the team and prepare shipping schedules
• I/E customs declaration (Tradelink)
• Able to handle banking & L/C documents
• Provide relevant support in Accounts Department
• Other clerical duties such as data entry and filing

Requirement:

• Diploma or above with LCC or equivalent
• With at least 2 years of experience in relevant items, preferably in manufacturing & trading industries
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing
• Mature, initiative, responsible, hard working & reliable
• With relevant audit experience
• Immediate available is highly preferred
