Responsibilities:

• Maintaining employee records, attendance record and leave record and updating HR systems;
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes for employees;
• Perform filing system, include maintain hard copy documents & electronic filing (large amounts of files);
• Prepare reports and analysis for management review;
• Provide administrative / clerical support to the project staff ;
• Provide general administrative supports;
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Good manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS office application and familiar with Chinese word processing;
• Have a foundational understanding of the HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related regulation;
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility as well as good time management;
• Able to deliver quality work with high accuracy and work under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill and good team player;
• Detail minded, willing to learn, well-organized and multi-task oriented 
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
