• Support projects involve Talent Management & Learning & Development in Asia Pacific
• Ensure all C&B programs are in compliance with labor law.
• Participates in salary and benefits surveys.
• Participates in Year-end process includes performance review, Annual Cash Incentive Plan & Merit
• Participates in Sales Incentive Plan design, quota communication and payout calculation for APAC
• Support C&B projects such as total remuneration review
• Organize and arrange company employee activities to enhance the company's engagement
