Position: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support sales activity and daily operation, such as 

Prepare the quotations, 

Handle inquiries from clients and oversea offices, 

Development of marketing materials, 

Contract renewal, 

Data input, 

Monthly report or etc … 

• Develop and maintain the good relationship with clients 
• Able to work with a team and coordinate with internal department.
• Support any Ad hoc duties assigned by management. 

Requirements

• Diploma / High Diploma / Degree Holder, graduate in Logistics / Shipping / Supply Chian is an advantage
• 3-4 years of logistics or freight forwarding experiences preferred. 
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS office application (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
• Responsible, good team player, detail-minded 
• Overtime working may require.
